Working Theory

The Alexandrite laser +Nd:YAG laser hair removal machine works on the principle of selective absorption of laser. It emits a high- intensity beam of light at a specific wavelength (755nm) which is preferentially absorbed by the melanin in the hair follicle. The energy from the laser is converted into heat and destroys the hair follicle without damaging the surrounding skin.

The Alexandrite laser is highly effective at removing hair on light skin types, and can also be used on darker skin types with caution and appropriate settings.

Unlike other hair removal lasers, Nd:YAG can penetrate deeper into the skin and target hair follicles in a wider range of skin types, including darker and tanned skin.
